Welcome to the FORTY CLUB website

"Human civilisation can only survive if the older generations are willing to pass on the fruits of their experience to a younger generation willing to learn.

Cricket can only flourish if it is played by civilised people with the highest standards of sportsmanship and good humour.

For 50 years The Forty Club has tried to teach this basic lesson to the generation at schools by the examples of its members. I hope it will continue to attract the same quality of member and go on showing the young the spirit in which the game should be played."

We are always on the look out for good cricketers who are prepared to play mid-week against schools, League Colts, Club represenative team and other districts.
